Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek has called on teachers to take action if they suspect students are being abused. This comes due to the recent rise in physical, sexual, and emotional abuse cases among children. We look at whether there is currently enough support for teachers to spot and address such cases, and the importance of having counselling teachers who can offer emotional support to students overall.
